Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your item for another available option, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom/made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
